GCSE MATHS MASTERCLASS 

TUITION MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT

The undersigned individual (the Parent), hereby indicates their desire for their child to become a student of GCSE Maths Masterclass, pursuant to the terms and conditions of this tuition safeguarding and membership agreement.

Student Health Attestation

The Parent/Student attests that the student is fully able to participate in the tuition programs without undue risk.

Tuition Membership Investment

The Member agrees to pay one of the following fees. These fees may be paid by automatic debit or credit card transaction with details supplied to GCSE Maths Masterclass’s Course Lead ‘Ahsan (Ash) Kibria’. 

Payment

Payment is taken monthly/4 weeks in advance for the convenience for both the Parent and the GCSE Maths Masterclass business.

When making your initial payment, you are setting up an automated monthly subscription. Payment is taken from the day you enrol and then the same day each subsequent month. There is no registration or admin fee.

No student will be allowed to attend live classes without successful completion of payment and/or any tuition fees.

Student Access

This tuition agreement entitles the student to access the GCSE Maths Masterclass live tuition classes via Zoom and the Online Learning Portal/ Learning Community where class replays and course materials are available for further learning so long as all dues are current.

Missed lessons/ Holidays/ Membership Pauses

This tuition membership cannot be paused/extended/cancelled for missed sessions or holidays. Students will be expected to continue their education or watch class replays via our Online Learning Portal when travelling or unable to attend their usual classes. No reimbursements or refunds will be issued.

Cancellations/Termination

Parents are not tied down to any minimum-term contract and can opt-out of tuition at any point after the first week.

Should you wish to cancel the tuition at any point, please Whatsapp or Email Ahsan Kibria (Ash) directly, giving at least 48 hours’ notice to allow enough time to process the cancellation.

Any overpayments will then be refunded to the Parent's bank account at the programs weekly rate.

You may cancel only after the first week of tuition to allow enough time to properly trial the program.

Termination of this tuition membership will result in unenrolment from the course – this will mean losing access to the Online Learning Portal/ Learning Community and all past recorded replays and course materials. 

Furthermore, an automatic termination of tuition membership will be assumed if the monthly payment is not made. Please ensure sufficient funds are available on the payment card to allow for smooth successful payment by our payment processor. 

Indemnification

This agreement serves as a liability release, pursuant to which the Parent & Student agrees to indemnify and hold GCSE Maths Masterclass harmless against any and all claims without limitation.

Course Rules & Participation

The Parent & Student hereby agrees to abide by all stated safeguarding guidelines and regulations while being involved in GCSE Maths Masterclass classes and activities. 

Upon enrolment, the Parent and Student will watch the Welcome/Onboarding Call before joining any live lessons.

Course content and recordings and materials will be kept exclusively inside the private student Online Learning Portal /Learning Community to ensure only students/parents/members have access.

Only parents and students will be allowed to enter the private Online Learning Portal/ Learning Community.

Additionally, the Parent & Student agrees to conduct themselves in a manner deemed appropriate for participating in the course along with other students and will not inflict harm or abuse on other students/parents within the tuition classes and course.

GCSE Maths Masterclass reserves the right to revoke the Students/Parents access if these terms are violated. All resources and content inside of the Online Learning Portal/ Learning Community are exclusively for students within the tuition course and any violation of this or sharing would be deemed a breach of safeguarding and their membership will be terminated. 

Waiver

The Parent/Student shall not, at any time, be obliged to act on any information, suggestion, advice or guidance given by GCSE Maths Masterclass, but if and to the extent that it does so understands the course content has been developed to ensure the student has appropriate instruction and guidance to help achieve their desired result.

The Client hereby unconditionally and irrevocably waives any rights of action it may have as against GCSE Maths Masterclass in relation to joining the course will result in a guarantee that their desired results are achieved. It is up to the student to be able to use the information provided inside of lessons to help them improve their learning. It is out of the control of GCSE Maths Masterclass as to how the student interprets this information and their ability to use it to improve their grades.

 Binding Law

This enrolment contract shall be considered binding upon the Member and GCSE Maths Masterclass, and shall be upheld and enforced in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

Acceptance

The below signed parties hereby enter into this tuition agreement in acknowledgement and acceptance of the terms listed above.
